Custom Process

  • Put forward requirements

    Notebook type, quantity, size, material, design (or let the factory design).

  • Quotation & Confirmation

    The factory quotes, negotiates the price, delivery time, payment method (usually pays a deposit).

  • Proofing (optional)

    The factory will produce 1–2 samples for your confirmation, and mass production will begin upon your approval.

  • Sign the contract & pay the deposit

    The contract clearly states the product requirements, delivery time, payment method, etc.

  • Production & Inspection

    The factory produces, and sends photos/samples to confirm the quality after completion.

  • Pay the balance & delivery

    After the inspection is approved, the balance is paid, and the factory proceeds with delivery.
